Problem with Rebate Agreement Sales Volume

Hi,

I executed the rebate recalculation via SDBONT06 for a total of 93 agreements on 04.08.2014 and therefore the sales volume was updated and there was no message in VBO3 as well.

But today when i am checking the agreements all of them are showing message "Sales Volume is not Current"

I have gone through all the threads on SCN for this.

there have not been any changes in payer, sales org, agreement or agreement conditions.

I dont see any customizing also changed.

Please help asap as to what can be the reason for this message all of a sudden.

Hi Aayush

When you rebuild the rebate index table VBOX all agreement conditions will be set to retroactive again. I guess someone has run RV15B001 on your system in the meantime ? 
The "Sales Volume is not current" message is issued when the rebate condition is flagged as retroactive (KONP-KSPAE) SDBONT06 resets that when it has completed a successful update
So just run SDBONT06 again, all of you 93 agreements are updated so the report will only reset the KONP-KSPAE field on the conditions in that case.

Maybe you can get an idea what changes the conditions to retroactive from the change report of oone of the agreements ? Check it with report RV16ACHD and enter the agreement number.

That i had already checked that this change is not captured there in change report.

This is the problem that what has changed it needs to be find out.

The only cause I could think of it OVB3, even if it is run for a "Single" billing document by one of your team it would set the retroactive flag on all agreements. Please let us know if you find out how to re-produce this and it is found not to be RV15B001.

Hi Brian,

Yes there is case when one of my colleague executed OVB3 but that was only for a single bulling document.

It should not affect all the other rebate agreements.

Once we run OVB3 It will all the existing Billing documents become automatic Retroactive

so You have to run again VBOF

Hi Brian,

You are correct in identifying the problem.

I tested this in my Quality Enviornment.

if possible can you share me some SAPnote no as well on this backing up the same statement so that i can share the same with my client.

One thing i want to know ..

once we run the report OVB3 For one billing document automatically Retro active activated to all Rebate agreement types right  .

After that How you have deactivated all Reactivate ..have you used this t.code VBOX Or any thing ?

Hi Venu,

yes i executed SDBONT06 for all the agreements.

It didnt take much time though.

in 5000 seconds, all 93 agreements were updated.

Please check once OMO1 --update  --S136 to synchronous updating 1 please check it is there

Have you unchecked Retro active billing check box ?

In VBOF Uncheck  TEST  Field

in OM01 S136 it is set to 1

why will i uncheck retroactive billing checkbox, it will be automatically set if my validity period is in past

and yes uncheck test field also has been done

As per my knowledge if we activate retroactive billing check box Rebate agreement wont work .once we remove and if check again in VBO2  we can able to find Properly ...
