i know the program name,how can find the form for pariculer program?i have tried with NACE.plz any one tell me the way to find?

other way is take a look at the NACE transaction where all the output conditions will be configured. Drill down into you specific application and you should be able to find the print program as well as the smart form name.
Steps..
Use NACE and follow procedure as follows
1)Choose Application from list(eg PO)
2)Click OP type
3)Chose one OP type from Right pane.
4)Click on processing routines
and you got it

1.if it is custom program then go with the request number.. goto se10 the look for the program name if the programa nd form name or with the same request the u will e able to find them togather.
2 u can check.TNAPR table
3.U ca nfind in NACE.

Hi..
If u know the driver program Name means u can easily find the FORM NAME.
U said that u cant find in TTXFP table..
Ok..leave that..
Do these Steps..
Goto se71 ..
Utilities->Activate Debugger.
Now Goto Ur Driver Program And Execute..
Now one Small Dialog Window will come.
Click Ok..
It will go to in Debug Mode..
In that Top FORM Name will be in the Text Box.(FORM)

You can find the print program and form name from TNAPR table.
the fields are:
TNAPR-PGNAM for program name
TNAPR-FONAM for script name
