Unable to Activate /Delete the Object in Dev system

Hi All,

We have an issue after system migration happened, we are not able to do any activate/delete for an object ( Configuration Scenario),

While trying the Activate  below error  appears " The Following Objects have Previous versions that are no longer active"

Please let me know if any one have faces the above error earlier.
