Dear Experts !!!

In Alert Configuration for the Fixed Recipients

I need to create Group ID

and Error Notification Should reach to all the Id's under Group ID

How can we do this ??

Please any one Guide Me

Hi Ravi,

First Create a Distribution list with list of members and create one group user id in PI and assign DL as group mail id.

And assign that user id in Fixed Recipient.

I know the Exact procedure

but I don't know how to maintain Group ID.

Please share Screenshot for the above if u have

Please find the screenshot.  In fixed Recipient you need to add the Group ID.

Create One SAP User....EX: PIALERT  and assign  Distribution Group email (EX...which is created in Outlook ) and assign same gruop id to PIALERT then  goto ALRTCATDEF Tcode --> goto fixed recipient list add this user PIALERT

The problem was resolved by discussing with Basis people.They have created one user for Distribution list.
