Incident Management "Change User E-MAIL"

Dear Gurus,

As screen shot maintained below, i want to change email receiver of user/bp . I changed in BP and SU01 tcode communication. But still email comes to old email. What could be the reason ?

Note : By the way, this user is Message Processor, if i am not wrong it is a 2nd level support.

i read all of them mate, eveything say update email in BP and SU01, and i made it. i dont know what is problem.
