Issue with SUM in SAP 7.31 SP09 Upgrade

Hi All,

I am trying to upgrade my SAP PI 7.31 Single stack (SAP PO) to SP09 using SUM (SUM10 SP10 Patch 9).

DB - MS SQL 2012

OS - windows Server 2008 R2

Issue : Unable to start the igswd.EXE in the step RESTART SYSTEM FOR JAVA-ONLY

Below is the error in the Restart Java Phase

Hi Goutham...

Can you try increasing the timeout parameter in the instance profile?

Location : sapmount/<<SID>>/profile

i see that currently it is set to 300. may be you can increase it and repeat?
