sxmb_adm..Pipeline configuration and message stuck in smq2.

Hi Eperts,

I am working on SAP PI7.4 dual stack , since this is a nely installed system.I have been configuring it since some time now and still facing issues.

After doing all the required configurations, I created and ran one interface.

1) The incoming message got stuck in smq1 , then I locked and unlocked the queue and got it out of queue.then it got stuck in smq2.I repeated the same steps and it went to the target application.All went fine.

Then I got to know, that we need to register and activate the queues in sxmb_adm->'manage queue'.

I did that.But now the messsage is still getting stuck at smq2.I can see : sxmb_adm->manage queue->monitor qRFC Scheduler status is inactive.

2) In the sxi_monitor I could only see three steps, so for getting pipeline steps display I made an entry in :

sxmb_adm->integration engine configuration->added parameter->Runtime logging.

but now, still in the pipeline steps i can only see only

Inbound Message ( CENTRAL )

XML Validation Inbound Channel Request

Receiver Determination

Interface Determination

Receiver Grouping

here request message mapping is missing and target payload is same as source.
