cannot display DMS file

Hi DMS expert,

I create document by CV01N with a jpg picture checked in. but when I double clicked to display it, it created local file without file extension ".jpg". since no file extension ".jpg", final error saying "file C:\Temp\MWAAFAN04 cannot be open".

Can anyone help me to solve it?

Check customizing in tcode dc30 for you application type.

You could also consider switching of GUI security. This removes the security popup.  Open SAP GUI config in control panel.
