I want to delete the AE connection data cache from a production PI.
Is there any risk to do this?
menu path: sxi_cache->goto->AE cache, select the only entry,
click the trash bin.
BTW, why there is only one entry there?
What is its functionality there?

While the cache is refreshing, you may get errors. If at all possible, do not do this while system is active. De-register queues and stop comm channels while refresh runs.

Cache can be deleted , i mean the entries can be refreshed.
