Migo error for movement type 562/566/702/708

Hello Folks,

When trying to post material document for the following movement types using MIGO/MB1C I am getting the following error:

"Open quantity of Material XXX in CDec items is less than the quantity in doc."

I checked the material quantity in MCHB table and MMBE report and found that the articles has 300+ values for unrestricted, quality and blocked stock. Still when I am trying to post 1 quantity then system isn't allowing me to continue even when it shows that the document is o.k. on check. I could successfully post material doc for another plant A but for plant C I am facing this problem.

Can some of you expert folks help me solving this issue?

Hi All,

Found the issue! There were no CDN quantity maintained for the article as the CDN indicator field in PO was missing. Once that was set, system automatically updated the CDN quantity in the relevant tables and reverse posting could be done.
