Hi Lalit,
I think that is a misunderstood on how should works together APO and ECC systems.
The SKUs planned by APO should not be rescheduled by ECC system again. There is a logic to respect. The MRP Type X0 for the SKUs planned on APO side is exactly to prevent the rescheduling on ECC side.
The changed or recreated pl.orders (for X0) by ECC system will not be always updated on APO side. In this case SAP will not assume the responsibility of the data consistency between the two systems.
Thanks Marius
Below you have some explanation:
Date changes in SAP R/3 cause SAP APO to carry out a new scheduling run of its own.
SAP recommends that you change dates in SAP APO.
Symptom
In your business process, you expect that APO transfers the dates that were determined in the R/3 System for manufacturing orders using scheduling. However, APO does not transfer these dates. This is because:
If a manufacturing order is integrated between R/3 and APO, APO is
the date/time-dominant system.
The reverse scenario, that the R/3 System sets dates and APO accepts
these dates, is not provided for in the standard system.
Other terms
Date transfer, schedule
variance, operation, phase, production order, process order
Solution
In the standard system, you
cannot guarantee that APO also takes on the dates determined in the R/3 System
