Hi All

there is a check box called "Include Change Documents of Activation" on the selection screen. What type of documents are qualified as "Change document of activation"? How do I activiate?

Thanks,

Luo

.Hi Luo

Changes happened in the attributes, just before or during the change request activation time will be shown if we select this check box.

For ex: Consider a Requester user has changed an Attribute A from X to Y and submitted a Change request for approval. This change (from X to Y) will be shown in the "Change Documents" application by default. (Without "Include Change Documents of Activation" check box selected).

Now consider the Approver user is opening the submitted Change request of Requester user and changing the Attribute A again from Y to Z and clicking approve button for final approval. After this final approval this change request will be activated and this change will be active. This second change done by the approver just before final activation (from Y to Z) can be seen in the "Change Documents" application only by selecting "Include Change Documents of Activation" check box.

The checkboxes are provided for further information within the changes recorded. This will be more evident when you see the attribute level changes.

Origin of Change Documents describes this

MDG -> Changes made in Change Request(Staging)

ACT   -> Changes involved during activation of Change Request , This could be same as locked in CR or more(Staging)

AA    ->  Changes made within ERP (Active Area)

Hi

Could you please let me know, how to configure AA -> Changes made within ERP (Active Area) for Custom fields.

Thanks in advance.
