Dump VF03

After implementing some notes i get an error entering transaction VF03:

The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPLV60A " in include "LV60AU02" in

line 982: "Type "IDMX_CFDI_T_REQ_IDOC" is unknown"

All the five notes regarding IDMX_CFDI_T_REQ_IDOC had been activated.

Since you had confirmed that all relevant notes are implemented, please raise OSS message and share the outcome

Thank you Mr. Lakshmipathi, it seemed like we needed to install a support package that contains some global variables.

At the end since it was just a test, I ended up un-implementing the Note.
