Hi dear Forum,
One of our customers wants to configure it's SAP Solution Manager ITSM to be connected to VAR ITSM in order to redirect a ticket to VAR Support.
Is it possible using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS12?

In SMIV_VAR action profile, below action definition are available for send to external tool , synchronize and send solution.
SMIV_VAR_SP_SEND_THIRD | Send to External Service Desk |
SMIV_VAR_SP_SOL_THIRD | Send Solution to External Service Desk |
SMIV_VAR_SP_SYNC_THIRD | Synchronize with Ext. Service Desk |
It is possible from 7.1 SP 05 or SP07 version itself.
