Customer ITSM connection to VAR ITSM

Hi dear Forum,

    One of our customers wants to configure it's SAP Solution Manager ITSM to be connected to VAR ITSM in order to redirect a ticket to VAR Support.

   Is it possible using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS12?

Hi Jose,

In SMIV_VAR action profile, below action definition are available for send to external tool , synchronize and send solution.

SMIV_VAR_SP_SEND_THIRD	Send to External Service Desk
SMIV_VAR_SP_SOL_THIRD	Send Solution to External Service Desk
SMIV_VAR_SP_SYNC_THIRD	Synchronize with Ext. Service Desk

It is possible from 7.1 SP 05 or SP07 version itself.
