Sneak Preview ( SDM missing)

Hi all,

I successfully installed Sneak-Preview ABAP + JAVA.

Now I want to use the SDM-Tool. Unfortunaltely I can't find the 'sdm' - command in file-system.

Is the SMD-Tool not included in Sneak-Preview?

Hi Christian,

SDM is available with Sneak preview. Go to the path <installation drive>\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\SDM\ and look for RemoteGUI.bat.

Hi Khushu,

sorry, but there is no path like ...\usr\sap\J2E...

I downloaded the SDM from sapnet and installed in c:\sdm_home\ ...

I can start and stop the server now, I can start remotegui und add a .SCA file. But I can't deploy it.

I added a J2EE-Entry as target-system but nothing happens anymore. What are the next steps ?
