On which page you need the logo, right click on browser page and choose view source. In the bottom of the screen you will see the HTML code in Debugger section. Please check which template is being used in the code header. Go to that template in your ITS service in SE80, make changes in the 'Main screen begin' section of the HTML code, to include your service name in ~service, and make sure your CUAAREA file name is correct in ~name. When you get success/error messages also different templates are called, thus in those screens also repeat the above steps.
