Where are my scores

Hi All, I have a fully working IS4.2 project, rules, tasks, bindings and tasks.

They all run fine and are successful.

Here's the issue:

I dont see any scores in my Rules Screen, or Scorecard.

I on ly see scores in my Workspace Home screen.

I need some guidance as to what could have gone wrong.

Hi Mohammad, it doesnt work no.  See Screenshots.

There are scores in the Workspace Home screen and the BOIS database..  There are No scores at the Rules and Scorecards.

Hi,

It looks like to me that scores are not calculated. Can you also share the home screen where you can see the score?

Also, please rerun the task for calculating score once again.

No, I don't think so. There must be a problem with some setup somewhere. I am using the same version and it is all working fine.

Lets do one thing, add my skype id msansari.786 and I will see where we are going wrong. I might need to look into more things.

This is a setup problem. Try making it not auto in your setup. Other than that go to the training area and go through the training.

Can you please elaborate a bit more about - where to change the setup ?

Incidentally, I have gone through the tutorial and have followed the steps precisely as shown. However, I'm unable to figure how to fix this issue.

Sure can Neelesh,

I no longer have a system setup so I'm going off what I remember. If we could do a webex after work hours I might be able to help you more. As it would help to see the setup you have.

I think the biggest problem I had with this, was to make sure all the setup is binded with everything that's needed.

I thought there was a point in the setup that you could test the rule for the score card. I wish I had a system to test this out. I'm working on putting one together. It will just take some time.

Hi Neelesh, we figured out it was a bug in the program and the only way for us to sort it was just to do a re-install of IS.  That fixed it.

Yes, you are right. There's a bug in the program resulting in this issue with the current IS version 14.2.1.700 that we are using.

This has been fixed in the IS version 4.2 SP03 Patch 1.

Hi Michael Siconolfi,

Once you calculate the score, go to Scorecard screen and select Now as shown under.

If still you face issue, share the screen shot.

Hi Mohammad, here are the screenshots:

I can see scores in the Workspace Home screen, Rules Tab and there are scores in the BOIS Backend DB.  I cant see scores in the Rules or Scorecard screens.  Its like the application cant see it.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you scheduled 'Calculate scorecard' task in CMC? If not. try it out. It is under Applications-->IS-->Manage utilities

Hi Dhareppa, yes I got that covered also.

The solution presented itself by upgrading to IS4.2 SP2.  So it defenitely was a software bug.
