Hello,
Check the alert log.
It seems to be a database started in a different version or different oracle_home that have different version or patch.
If you make a restore in a different version than the original you need to run some scripts to upgrade the catalog.

Hi,
Share the alert_<SID>.log file for analysis. Also check for correct permissions and ownerships for directory oracle.

Hi
According to Oracle support this Ora 600 error is caused by a rollback segment corruption.
Have you tried recovering the DB ? (recover database [until cancel])
Regards
ORA-600 [4193] "seq# mismatch while adding undo record" (Doc ID 39282.1)
This error may indicate a rollback segment corruption. This may require a recovery from a database backup depending on the situation.

Presuming Oracle are correct and you have to restore your database to a previous backup.
Have you given full consideration as to whether this is a good option?
Do you have good backups?
Is this your productive, QA or Dev instance?
It is down anyway. Do you have confidence in your backups? I would restore the backup to just prior to the Ora 0600. You could do this on a seperate host to maintain your existing system (if it is important).
Have you done any changes to the database prior to this ?
