Bom Sales

Hi ,

I am facing a problem in Sales Bom Process,

1, i am having 1 header item & 10 sub item

2, i need to give header item as a free good's.

3, it's inclusive free

Can any one please help me for the same.

Thanks for your Replay.

But it is not my Requirement.

I need to give main item as a free material in the BOM.

Ex:

1, I am having a header material as a computer,

2, Sub item material's as a Mouse & Key board & CPU,

3, I need to give Computer as a free material & remaining Material like mouse & Key board & CPU as a valuable material.

I shared the document just to give you an idea that how we can play with sales BOM settings and change the system according to our requirement.

In your case you need to give main item as free so you can make it not relevant for billing and pricing. You want sub items valueable so make sub item category relevant for pricing and billing. What is the difficulty in this? Did you try to configure and test this?

Did you check item category determination for the main item.

more ever you need to add one more item category above the computer which will the basis for the whole BOM

You can change Item cat group ERLA TO LUMF

And maintain separate Item categoris .. TAP AND TAN

And your requirement is some thing different please let me know
