auto TO generation for a backflushed material

Hi Experts ,

what are the steps required / configuration required for a wm managed material when backflushed through a production order . currently system is generating the TR and material is coming out to a intermittant bin ( staging ) and a manual TO is being created either for the material document or for the TR created to consume the material against the production order . Other wise system is showing the stock in staging bin for the stock of material under LS24 . We want to see that the staging is removed with a immediate TO creation instead a TR.

with back-flushing the system should not create any TR, as you can read in OSS note 560638 - FAQ on the WM-PP interface

Answer

The verification of a production order can be linked to an automatic goods receipt posting or also to the backflushing of the components. In this case, if the WM-PP interface is set to active, the production storage type and the production storage bin is determined from the reservation and it is used for the consumption posting of the components. As such a consumption posting is no longer linked to a physical shipment, the system no longer creates a transfer requirement, even if such a setting exists in Customizing.

Now i paste a screen from the system with the TR number after a issue with backflush happened .  .

If TR not to be created what has to be done ? and if TR to be ecreated then how to convert it to be a TO which is confirmed so that the statging to be eliminated.

the note says that WM-PP interface has to be active, which is not the case in your system since the storage type used in your TR is 914.

With WM-PP interface active the system would post via storage type 100

Thanks again . In the system WM-PP interface is active . However system do not have the 100  storage  type.But still Trs are getting created. If you do not mind will you please the screen shot .

As suggested by Jurgen please check your setting for WM-PP using t-code OMK0

Also please make sure the control cycle is defined for the material as in the absence of control cycle value system creates a negative quant in storage type 914 based on the setting form movement type
