Few comm channels not visible in "communication channel Monitor" in PO 7.4

Dear Experts,

Recently we are upgraded pi/po 7.4, in configuration and monitoring--> communication channel Monitor for some of the business components under i am not able to see the comm. channels. for example communication component is having 5 channels but it is showing 3 channels only. when i check http;//ip:host/rwb  i can able to see all channels in communication component.

if it is like this is there any problem. how to rectify it.

Did you try searching with the channels name which are not visible?

Dear Osman,

Yes i have serached but not able to show. But data is flowing through those channel.

when checked with cache connectivity test it is showing green in integration engine and adapter engine levels....(end to end)

Hi,

Did you perform "synchronize" in the Cache Monitor in NWA? May be it helps.

Hi Polani,

A few cents, you probably have checked them yet but it is better to think first the silly things:

1. In ID. Check the communication channels are saved and activated. Check the status active.

2. In Com channel monitoring. Check status with All and check the Visible Rows in the first page, may be the channels are in the other page.

Have checked the cache in integration directory?

Make a full cache refresh and see if the problem still persists or not.
