ALER messages are not visible ( Not triggered) in ALERT Inbox of RWB

Hi Experts,

I did ALERT configuration. But Alert messages are not coming to ALERT Inbox of Runtime Workbench while doing end to end interface test. If I run RSALERTTEST report ALERT messages are coming successfully to Inbox of Runtime Workbench. Please give your inputs to solve this issue

Hi

Do these steps

1. Go to SE38 and execute program SXMS_LOGREADER. This will display the error if u have any.

2. Check whether the suppress multiple alert option is checked or not. If it is checked, then you need to go to alert inbox and read all the existing alert messages.

Once all the messages are read, then only the new message will arrive in the inbox.

3. Make sure that the rule is active. Also check table SXMSALERTRULES and see if you can find your rules or not.

4. Finally make sure that your rule configuration has the proper interface details ( interface,namespace,sender system etc )

Hello Ashok,

As Muni suggested please share your alert rule configuration screen shot. Adding a point here  is your SMTP server configured ? If yes please check  T-code SOST mail may stuck in the queue.
