while creating SAP ISU Device category i got one error message like The material 5 does not exist or is not activated Message no. M3305

Hi Ahemad,

It seems you have not created the Material in MM with the same name of the Device Category you are trying to create. Create material using T.Code MM01.

issue resolved thanks for help.i set number ranges in MMNR ,i got resolved this issue.
