CCMS alerts and message codes

Hi All:

I have configured CCMS in my XI system with an auto-reaction method to send emails when an alert is triggered. It works ok, I receive the emails.

My problem is that just a few of the 'Error code' messages(RZ20) are becoming alerts('Message alerts by Error Codes').

Can anyone help me?

I can see that just one alert is triggered for each error code:

"Message alerts by error codes. Only one alert is triggered for each error code and the last triggered alert for the error code is displayed."

How can I triggered all the alerts for each error code?

Ok

Number of messages for a particular error code.

To navigate to XI message monitoring, double-click on the entry. This displays all messages with the corresponding error code that have the status System Error
