Error during MICN

Hi,

when i execute MICN,i am getting a error like "WM storage location" in the text.

i know this is WM activated material,but in lx26 i am not getting PI document generated.

please help me out...

Hi  ,

you have to use LX26 only, try and let us know what is the error there.

MICN cant be used for a WM location.

Check below help link , and see if you are full filled all the prerequisites..

Hi,

   The error message clearly explains that the storage location entered is a WM storage location. If your storage location is WM managed, then you cant use the MM transactions for PI. You may use the transaction LX26 as explained in the help doc: Cycle Counting Inventory - Warehouse Management System (WMS) - SAP Library

you cannot use MM transactions to do physical inventory in WM, you have to focus on the problem in WM and need to explain what you did and what message SAP issued

i am working as mm consultant but i got this ticket assigned..i came to know that this material is WM activated and there is no stock right now.

all i want to know is how to count wm material since there are many wm numbers maintained for this...

Q2:i am getting another message like no quantity update for another material../
