error in transfer shipment cost

when i gonna to transfer shipment cost i faced this error. any ideas to solve it

after i release the PO i found the same error

Your configuration is not in line with standard and there should be somewhere gap in your configuration and hence this issue,  Check the following notes:-

• Note 125718 - Forwarding shipment cost items not correct
• Note  748028 - Information VY 110: General error during transfer

Dear Sir,

I am also getting the same issue, and same message, I have checked all the config and notes but still the problem is not resolved.... Please help me in this regard, I think you can only help me. Please let me  know...what configuration steps are required..uts create automatic PO but while saving, it doesnt it shows error and after saving the doc...and checking it in the change mode..PO field is blank...
