RTLPOSDM 731 with BI_CONT 757 Non-permitted release - Add-on Installation.

Hi Basis experts.

I'm implementing a SAP Netweaver 7.4 BW, with RTLPOSDM and BI_CONT add-ons.

As per note  1683825 - Installation of RTLPOSDM on SAP NetWeaver, RTLPOSDM 731 also supports BI_CONT 757.

The installation os BI_CONT 757  was successfull in saint, but when installing RTLPOSDM, the queue calculation, the precondition is BI_CONT 747,

with explanation "Non-permitted release of add-on BI_CONT installed".

Someone have faced it?

Hi Marcos,

     You can solve your issue by downloading ACP ( Attibute Change Package) component for RTLPOSDM 731, you can find it in service.sap.com/swdc -> Installation and Upgrade -> Search for Installations and Upgrades -> RTLPOSDM==100_731, import it using tCOD SAINT, after that you can import the add-on.

How did you find ACP for this.

I tried to search before posting for searching with sap but nothing came back in results.

I search for the informed string RTLPOSDM==100_731, and the finder brings only one result, that is the correct ACP.

That's good, may be the problem was with the connect smp server at that time.

Have you tried applying SP02 of BI_CONT with RTLPOSDM ?

Also, update your SPAM.

No, i do not tried applying SP2, because the release reclaimed is previus than 757.

SPAM updated....
