Afaria Cloud Scenarios Possible?

I am currently investigating if afaria Server has the ability to restict an android device in the following scenarios:

1. Restrict device Connection to PC  and download / upload file.
2. Restrict saving to the device specific file types (ex. mp3, avi..).
3. Download specific contacts to the device, without having an exchange Server.
4. Restrict telephony time to users and after the limit has been excited no more calls can be made.

I am certain you have your answer by now, but I am going to respond since others may find this in a search as I did.

Many androids have very basic controls unless enhanced APIs are enabled.  Even with those such as on Samsung the control is not this granular.  You can turn off writes to the SD card for example on Samsung safe devices but not restrict in in connected pc sync only.  The basic answer to all of these issues is no.  For further detailed information on restriction policies, see the documentation at
