Bulk storage

I am trying to activate Bulk storage with SU mgmt active.I am encountering this error.

Storage types without pick-point stor.type require partial pallet mgmt

Procedure

To resolve the error, you can:

• Activate partial pallet management on the storage type control screen for bulk storage and/or
• Assign a pick point storage type to storage type "012".
• I am trying to configure in OMM4 in screen control screen the sytem is not allowing
• what needs to be done i dont want to activate
• I dont want the 2nd option
• Assign a pick point storage type to storage type "012".
• what needs to be done to work with 2nd option

Hello,

before activate the Bulk strategy, mark in customizing the field V_T331B-ANBRU.

Logistics Execution->Warehouse Management->Strategies->Putaway Strategies->Define Strategy for Bulk Storage->Define (storage type control)

I tried but i get this msg

Totals info only updated in block storage areas with SU management.

But when i try to activate in storage type for strategy B & SU mgmt active i get the first msg which i posted

Fill too the field total (V_T331B-SUMME) with values 1 or 2 according to your requirements.

I solved the issue i entered P in strategy & then in OMM4 in storage type control i added the required configuration & then changed  the strategy to P from B.It worked

Some times you to have cheat the system.

Partial pallet management must be active on the storage type control screen for bulk storage, if no pick point storage type has been assigned to storage type "002".

System Response

The Warehouse Management component carries out the following check for SU-managed bulk storage:

not active	not assigned	yes!

Have a screen capture freeware called "FASTSTONE CAPTURE"

use the windows snipping tool  and save the picture as png file.

In SCN just click the photo icon and add the png file
