Empty HU creation

Hello Experts,

Our client wants to create an Empty HU for sending delivery notes to customer.

We have to collect all the deliveries for one customer and create single hu for delivery notes.

Empty HU creation and HU warehouse task creation needs to be done. how can i achieve this?

Can you throw some light?

This can be done using consolidation group concept & using of WOCR.

In ECC customer master check order combination check box.In EWM consolidation group configuration in outbound, have to define at what level you want to create consolidation group. Ex:- Ship-to + Route.

System creates consolidation groups based on this criteria This can be seen in T-code /SCWM/DSGR.

With this ODO line items for this customer will have consolidation group filled & check for pack consolidation (same as ord combination).

Then you have to configure WOCR. In the limit profile assigned to WOCR rule...there are fields "Max. CGr per WO", "Max. No. of HUs" & "Max.CGrp per HU". Define this fields as per your requirement. To create pick HU automatically and assign it to WT...you need to link packing profile to WOCR. In packing profile check fields "create HUs", "assign WT to HUs". In addition to this packing specification determination should have been maintained for WT, WO.

When wave with these ODO are released WT are created & these pass through WOCR. Subsequently WO are created per consolidation group. Automatic pick HUs are also created. Hope this helps.
