Hi:

I have 2 IDs that are linked to the same email account and it is causing problems when I login to Idea Place.  I want to delete one of the IDs (or at least change the email address) but it won't let me logon with that ID.  It is prompting me to create a username associated with the account and any value I enter is being flagged as a username that already exists, so I can't do anything but the ID is associated with the same email address.  Can you please delete the ID as indicated below?  I don't need it and it's preventing me from doing things I need to do.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Account management will happen in offline.

Please drop a mail to sapnetwork@sap.com from you associated email id with all details.

Also please write your SCN user ID in your mail. You will find that in your profile.
