Need information on SAP Extended Diagnostics

Dear All,

Please help me with documentation on SAP Extended Diagnostics:

• Benefits of SAP Extended Diagnostics
• What is available in SAP Extended Diagnostics or what it offers / how it helps
• How to Guide for SAP Extended Diagnostics (step-by-step implementation / configuration guide)

Additionally, please let me know if it is mandatory to first configure SAP Diagnostics and then upgrade to SAP Extended Diagnostics

or

we can directly implement SAP Extended Diagnostics (we already have license for same). If yes, then what is the procedure to implement same.

Thanks, I have already checked the SAP Note.

It provides information on software download and patches, but no information on documentation / installation / what it offers / how -to steps for SAP ExtDiag.

To get this feature 1st you have to get the license and Delta Package

Now if you go through the below note, you would get a PDF which provide other vital informations.

The SAP Note only mentions about Introscope 8, how about Introscope 9 ?

Can we use same packages ?

From where will I get WilyIntroscope_UnlockPackage pdf?

What are the post steps after installation ? what customization can be done ?

Is it mandatory to install Diagnostics first and then upgrade ?

Do you have a complete end-to-end guide / document which will provide me complete information, then request you to share the links.

Goto documentation center in your wily setup folder.

You should drop an email to CA Wily(wily-sap@ca.com) and open a incident with SAP for further support.

I believe, you have all the information with you now, except the license, which would open the door for further opportunities.

But I am still looking for answer to my original query :

Information on how and what developments can be done / how the reports can be customized with SAP Extended Diagnostics;

Request you to please share any such documents / guides which explain step-by step procedure.

As per SCN forum rules I am fully authorized to ask a question and unless satisfied or got the fully answer can't close the thread.

If you check the thread you can find that No One has provided a proper answer rather than something which I am already aware of.
