Readiness check 7.31 : 'Component Monitor'.

Hi All,

Checking the readiness of SAP PI 7.31 (Dual Stack).Following the document provided in SAP Notes 817920.

When follow the steps "Testing the availability of the PI JAVA applications" --> 'Component Monitor'.

Showing error. PFA the screenshot.

Please suggest me.

This issue is resolved with the help of basis. Some problem with user mapping.
