Hi Experts,

Need one quick help.

I am getting following error in Receiver comm channel.

Failed to connect to queue manager '*ISI_QM05_GRP' with connection mode 'Client' and supplied CCDT URL 'file:/D:/MQ/AMQCLCHL.TAB', see linked exception for more information.

Channel configurations are fine and MB/MQ side they are telling no issues wiht ccdt file.

Can you please help me to get the quick solution for this. This is in stage environment,,,testing completed in Dev and Quality.

Please send screenshots of the receiver channel and the error?

Are you also on a dual stack?

JMSCMQ0001: WebSphere MQ call failed with compcode '2' ('MQCC_FAILED') reason
'2278' ('MQRC_CLIENT_CONN_ERROR')., and the error code as JMSWMQ2020.

Hi Chandar,

You say this was working in your DEV and QA environments?

Please see the below links and have a look at what they say. Might help.

Please ask your network team to check if they see packages leaving the network?

On what PI version are you?

Hi All

Problem resolved.Solution:

First check Whether target systems are available. then check,

CCDT file which is provided by MB/MQ should be maintained in PI server. It should have proper entries, Basis will have authorisations to view the file.
