Editing Inspection reports in recording worklist before UD but after saved.

Hello,

I am completely new to all of this and while i think sap is amazing and wonderful I am totally overwhelmed.

I am currently entering inspection report data into the results recording worklist. I cant seem to get a straight answer on how to edit these results after they have been saved but before the UD has been accepted. I know once it has been accepted you cant change it. The window is closed for me to unlock it and change. I move too fast sometimes and saved before editing.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Jessica,

The window is closed for me to unlock it and change.

You may not have authorizations for it. Check if you can click on "Put in Process" (Unlock symbol)

If this is not the case then Julio has already answered your query.

On QE01 select the desired characteristic and click on the "Put in process" button. By this means system will re-open the characteristic for edition.
