Program : RBDAPP01, Error : SEQ_NOT_FOUND

Former Member

Hello Experts,

We are using program RBDAPP01 for processing (yellow to green) inbound Idocs coming from Oracle On Demand team.

There is a batch job scheduled with this program. Job name : IN_8A_TCS_FUSION_IDOC_REPROCESS.

We use this specially for the Customer Service Module, where the service orders' statuses are updated in SAP.

Recently the job is failing frequently, with below error :

"Exception condition "SEQ_NOT_FOUND" raised."

I am not able to attach here the full dump, as there is size constraint.

We are not able to find out any particular reason for this, as mostly the next run is successful & no idocs are stuck.

Could you please help us to solve this.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Dheemahi

Hello Lakshmipathi,

Thanks for your reply!

We have already gone thru that note. It tells us to execute some of the programs, which does not exists in our SAP system.

For. eg. : ZREPRESB.

Could you please suggest some other way?

Thanks!

Hi Enrique,

Actually the notes those were mentioned did not help us.

Note No. 902806 has some Correction Instructions. Do we have to put that code in our system?

I am not sure what does this note suggest exactly.

It would be great, if anyone could help me.

Thanks!

Dheemahi
