How to edit a clearing restriction

Hi experts,

Could you please tell me how a clearing restriction can be edited, for example if a clearing restriction is set through event 0042 then can we  manually edit this restriction?

Hi Moin,

You can't manually edit a clearing restriction set through event 0042.

The options are to-

(a)Develop a custom program to do a direct table update against the field DFKKOP-AUGRS against the document no.(DFKKO-OPBEL).

(b) Develop a custom program using the Standard FM FKK_AUGRS_RESET to remove the clearing restriction against the document no.

Moin:

IMG path  Contract accounts > Basic functions > open item management > define modifiable clearing restrictions.

This should only be done in very few cases.
