Hi,
Wanted to know will there be and changes in CRM UI screen after we upgrade the support pack.
Recently I have upgraded SP 04 to SP11.
If yes, how do those changes effect the functionality and how to resolve the issue?

There will be few changes in the screens since SAP would be adding/modifying the new functionality that are delivered with SP10 (FP2). However this will not/should not affect anything that is currently running.
