Transport request deleted - how can I delete the link in CharM ticket?

Hi everyone,

yesterday, I manually deleted an empty transport request in the development system. Bad idea, I know, because now, I get errors in the CharM ticket, because it still has a link to the transport request, which has been deleted.

How can I get rid of the broken link in the CharM ticket?

Hi Benjamin / Martin,

You can execute the Program /TMWFLOW/TRANSPORT_DELETE in the Solution Manager system for removing the link with the Change document.

Refer the SAP note -- 2009859 - ChaRM: deleted transport request still exists in ChaRM table

This note explains the details about this Program.

Hi Martin,

thank you for the link. That worked for me (SM 7.1 SP12).

It was same situation: user deleted TR in Dev-System. The related Normal Change gave error "TR40_CHECK_COMM_EMPTY_MASS". Decoupling the TR out of the NC did not work. Only from within the Tasklist.

Please check if you can decouple transport request using charm

also if you can let us know what kind of error in charm ticket will be helpful
