Hi,
All the users in a client got locked all of a sudden. We unlocked SAP* from the Database level.
We want to figure out how this happened. Can you people help us out.

2 possibilities are here.
1) Have u scheduled client copy process in background ....If yes then all user will be locked.
2) Just check u have given SU10 authorisation to any user. SU10 is for mass user maintance.
I can see 2 possiblities ...

One user had created a program to lock all users and this was run by other user who had the authorization to run it.
Was traced out from the logs.

you check via Tcode SUIM or You go st03n tcode check user history whome enter tcode particular time when user locked.

Hi Anil,
To find who locked out the users you must follow the suggestion given by Samarat. Go to transaction S_BCE_68001439. Select only the check box Administrator log set. Give the date as well and execute.
