My query is regarding the versions

Recently we have started using SAP EASY DMS.

My query is regarding the versions. When create a new version does it mean that am creating new version of the document or the is it that am creating new version of the file inside the document.

Hi Suvin,

It is always creation of new version of DIR which is indicated in the document key - Document version with 2 char or numbers 00, 01, 02.. (as configured)
