Batch split issue

Hi

  At delivery batch split happen but total qty is copied to single batch where there is insufficient quantity & unable to do PGI. with error deficit stock

Split is not happening uniformly by taking stock from all batches to fulfill quantity to deliver.

Please suggest any solution how to sort it out.

Hi MK.

As per the normal process of batch split, the above statement should be the ideal response from the system i.e. Batch A (25 Pcs) and Batch B (2 Pcs).

So your config is not behaving correctly.

In order to help with the analysis can you please share the batch split analysis and also cross check if any Z-program is there which allows only 1 batch per delivery in your scenario.

What does this mean? In English this means that the system is not dividing the delivery quantity by the number of batches and picking that result from each batch ... which I would say is a good thing.

Hi Joao

For example we must deliver 27 quantity

                                  Batch A : 25, Batch B : 5

when batch split done picking qty 27 is taking from batch A though it doesn't contain 27.

so at the time of PGI, deficit stock in Batch A error is showing.

Actually system must take Batch A : 25 Batch B : 2

But manually i can adjust
