We are using ITSM in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP08
There are a standard fields " Reported by " and "Support Team" , we would like to use to extend search default criteria.
In the search, we would like to add search criteria like "start with" or contain" for this field.
We have change the customize option (spro) to make this options available() How to add search criteria options in CRM UI? - Solution Manager Note 1918128
but, "For example, when searching the Support team and Reported By fields, IS NOT, contain , start withy does not work. Only IS is supported for these fields. In this case, a user can write custom code to add the missing backend code"
so we're trying to write custom code by using badi CRM_BADI_RF_Q10_PREPARE, but it is not working, cause this are standard fields.
Do you know some badi or other way to do so ?
Please help.
