Hi,

Can you give more details on what you want?

If you are trying to access the Alert Inbox and Alert Configuration Link in RWB and unable to do so then you need to run report RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES .

After running this report , restart the j2ee engine and you will be able to access Alert Confgiuration and Alert Inbox.

To configure alerts , look into this blog,

Hi,

This will be your User ID and Password of RWB. You will have id/pwd for login on it, if not have then contact your Basis person.

how will I know your user id and password? The user id and password wil be the same as the user id you use to access the RWB . SSO is not enabled and so you need to reneter your User id and password.

This is for End to End Monirotoring.

For Alert Config and Alert Inbox, you will first need to run the report and check the exchange profile as mentioned above and then restart the J2ee engine.
