Issues after CRM Upgrade

Dear Team,

   I have upgraded my CRM System recently from CRM 7.0 to EHP3 for CRM 7.0.

  Aftre upgrade I facing below errors when I login to crm_ui from some of the users :-

Structure 01 US DEI-ITLGS12 CIC1: No agent found

I am also not able to open BW reports from CRM> When I click on any report it just goes on and on without showing any data. I have checked RFCs and its working all right . Any one has any Idea ?
