Quality notification completion problem

Hi All,

I am not able to complete quality notification I am getting below error..

when I checked system says Outstanding task(s) exist(s) but all tasks and activities already completed...

How to close this..plz help...

Hello K Kumar,

Had all tasks been completed, the Sysyem Status would be, NOPR ATCO, whereas your status is NOPR OSTS. So Tasks are still outstanding. Please give the screen of Tasks Tab.

Hi Kumar,

Please check Document flow in header for notification. I think somebody change your task status but it is not reflected in status.

I was same issue before one month.

You can use SAP note 0001753657.

K Kumar,

There is a probability that your user status interfering with this. Check that too. Set user status to next (completion) level. Presently it is showing REL. Set this to final status and try. Just a guess.

Now Go to items tab and change the status..........................

Hi Kabli,

Thanks..once I change the status in Items tab as completed and successful..over all notification status changed to ATCO from OSTS....now I can close the notification...issue resolved..
