Inspection lots number ranges

Hi,

We are using inspection lot origin as 89 for all manual inspection lot creation without any control on stock for one plant with number range 8900000001.

Now i want to create the same inspection lot origin as 90 with number range 9000000000001 to other plant.  Is it possible since in config maintain inspection lot origin and assign inspection type there is no option to create the new inspection lot origin as 90.

Kindly resolve my query.

Hello,

All standard inspectio type linked with lot origins and there number u can decide but same inspection type with two number range not possible even customize inspection type u need to define in same lot origin where standard is assigned so, it;s not possible to create own and assign the same inspection type in two lot origins.

Create SAP log and wait for there response.

Check the SAP help: inspection lot origins are predefined. You cannot define your own.
