Hi,
We are getting some entries of sales orders in /SAPAPO/CPP for CIF Post-processing with indication to push those lines to R/3. On further investigation we found that those sales order items are either rejected in ECC or delivery completed or moved to other plants which are not mapped in APO.
We checked /SAPAPO/CCR and we don't get any of those entries there in CCR.
It seems that those sales order entries are no more planning relevant but we are unable to clear those entries from CPP as either SO items are delivered/rejected or SO item moved to another plant in ECC.
I am not sure if I should mark those entries as Obsolete in /SAPAPO/CPP or is there any other way to clear those entries.
Thanks in advance for help.
Regards,
Devang
Hi Devang,
You can mark these entries in CPP as obsolete since these entries are no more relevant.
If the entries appear again in CPP after making them obsolete, please check where used list (t-code- WUF) and check if there are any sales orders existing the in the database/livecache in APO.
If yes, run t-code /n/sapapo/sdorder_del to delete these orders. To make sure you only delete the intended sales orders, please check the "test indicator" checkbox and enter your product/location, this will show you the sales orders which are to be deleted upon execution. You can enter this data on 2nd tab "delete from livecache and database".

Umesh

Hi,
First of thank you guys for your prompt help and my apologies for such a late reply.
We marked those entries as Obsolete because it seem to be safer option than deleting orders from livecache and database.
Once again thank you guys for help.

Devang

Hi Devang,
You can try to delete those Sales Orders with t-code /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL.
Use the second tab: Delete from livechache and database.
Be sure you enter one product and location.
