Hi,

Are you able to connect to this ECC system using either:

- a SAP tool like SAP logon

- a BI tool like information design tool (if you have access to it)

Can you try from SAP Lumira changing the language used?

As the base error from your log file raised from ECC is

Caused by: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Select one of the installed languages on vecdascs.ds.newsint sysnr 00

regards,

Antoine

(my hypothesis is that the language that you are passing from the connection is not present in the ECC system)

Hi Antoine,

Thanks for response.

Are you able to connect to this ECC system using either:

- a SAP tool like SAP logon

Yes, I can.

- a BI tool like information design tool (if you have access to it)

Yes, I can access. I can also connect UNX universe which is built on ECC with Webi as well. It's only in Lumira which is not working.

-Can you try from SAP Lumira changing the language used?

Yes, I tried to change different language (US and UK both) but not working.

-As the base error from your log file raised from ECC is

This error log is generated from Lumira only.

Thanks,

Pawan

Also it is possible to get three screenshots here:

- your SAP GUI connection parameters

- your IDT connection parameters

- your Lumira connection parameters

to make sure we have not missed anything.

Thanks

Only other thing I would add to what Antoine said - be sure you are on the latest patch of Lumira - 1.17.2

Yes Tammy is right.

Another idea: Are you using the same server name / server type (application server vs message server) in all cases?

Yes, I've checked all and they' all matching.

After offline discussion with Pawan, it is better to log a ticket with SAP support for further investigation.

This works for me

Can you share what is covered up over the error message pop-up?  Are you using SAP Lumira on the same machine where the SAP GUI is installed?

Hi Tammy,

Yes, it's on the same machine where GUI is installed. I've attached screenshot and error log in my last post.

Thanks,

Pawan

I was looking for what you entered in server type, server name, system number; it needs to match entries on SAP Gui

Yes, they all matching and it's working fine in all other clients tools like webi, crystal report. It's just not working in Lumira.

Thanks,

Pawan
