Hi All,
We have implemented Technical monitoring in our Solution Manager(7.1 SP8) system. We are reciving the mails for the yellow and red alerts.
Is there any way to differentiate the red and yellow alerts for mail alerts(like sending alerts with "high importance" or to different distribution list). As we need to prioritize the alerts, like Red alerts needs to be solved first.

Hi Sukanya,
There is no ready made solution available for your scenario, however we may have a workaround. I suggest you customize the email subjects using the procedure mentioned in this blog and then put rules in your mailbox for sorting the emails according to priority in subject line.
